We want you to be fully satisfied with your RingConn Smart Ring experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the RingConn Smart Ring, charging case, and original cable back into the original packaging to ensure the device is protected during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned ring for any physical damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
